Insurance & Payment Policies

When you come to our office, we are sorry that we must ask you about your insurance coverage up front. We would certainly prefer to concentrate only on patient care. Changes in the insurance world mean we now have responsibility to your insurance company. We may be required to have primary care provider referrals, do pre-authorization for certain procedures, etc. In order to meet these insurer requirements, we have no choice but to get information from you before you are seen. Thank you for your patience.

HARBOUR WOMEN’S HEALTH ACCEPTS CASH, CHECKS (with identification), VISA AND MASTER CARD AS PAYMENT FOR SERVICES.

Your co-pay is required upon check-in at the front desk.

If you are covered by an insurer not listed above, payment is expected at the time of service. You will be provided with billing information to submit to your insurance company.

HOURS

The Harbour Women's Health team of caring providers is available Monday through Thursday 8:00AM to 4:30PM and Friday 8:00AM to 12:00PM. Ultrasound appointments are available starting at 7:30AM. Early and evening hours are available by appointment.
